The Embraer Phenom 300 is a Super Light Jet combining the comfort, range and performance of a larger aircraft with the flexibility and efficiency required for private travel within Europe.

JetServiceNL provides two ways to access the Phenom 300:

• Phenom 300 JetCard - for travellers who want to purchase flight hours in advance without ownership or a long-term participation commitment;
• Phenom 300 Participation - for travellers who want to combine reduced flight costs with an economic interest in the aircraft.

Phenom 300 JetCard

The Phenom 300 JetCard is intended for travellers who fly privately on a regular basis and want clarity regarding the aircraft type and programme conditions, without acquiring an interest in the aircraft.

You purchase a package of flight hours in advance and use these hours when required, subject to pre-agreed conditions.

Phenom 300 JetCard costs

The indicative Phenom 300 JetCard rate is:

€ 4,750 per flight hour, excluding trip-specific costs.

Trip-specific costs are calculated separately for each flight and may include:

• fuel;
• landing and handling charges;
• Eurocontrol and route charges;
• catering;
• crew travel and accommodation;
• permits, passenger taxes and de-icing;
• other costs directly related to the requested route.

The exact conditions, validity period and size of the flight-hour package will be tailored to your expected usage, routes and number of passengers.

Phenom 300 Participation

For travellers who expect to use the Phenom 300 regularly and want to combine reduced flight costs with an economic interest in the aircraft, we also offer a participation opportunity.

From a participation of € 100,000, you receive among other benefits:

• 4 included flight hours per year;
• 20 included flight hours over a five-year period;
• use of the Phenom 300 while paying only the trip-specific costs on included hours;
• access to additional hours at participant conditions;
• priority access to suitable empty legs;
• a proportional economic interest in the private limited company that acquires and manages the aircraft;
• a proportional share of the remaining net value following the aircraft sale.

Participants requiring more than their annual allocation may purchase additional hours through the Phenom 300 JetCard programme.

Which option suits you?

A JetCard will generally be more suitable when you want flexible access to flight hours, do not require ownership and prefer clarity regarding the programme conditions.

Participation will generally be more suitable when you fly privately several times per year, value reduced costs on included hours and want to retain an economic interest in the aircraft.
